Priest Andrey Kudrin (born 1972) is a cleric of the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God of the Life-giving Font in Bibirevo (Moscow).

At the liturgy, instead of the officially prescribed by the leadership of the Patriarchate prayer “for the victory of Holy Rus”, he read the prayer for the reconciliation of the peoples of Russia and Ukraine.

On 23 April 2024, he was banned from the priesthood by the decree of Patriarch Kirill of Moscow. His case was referred to the Disciplinary Commission of the Eparchal Council of Moscow.

On 10 July 2024, by decision of the diocesan court of Moscow, he was defrocked for “swearing—failure to comply with the instructions of the clergy.” On 14 August 2024 this decision was approved by Patriarch Kirill of Moscow.
